Sam is amazing! Can not speak highly enough of him - I enquired about my son's laptop screen repair and received a very reasonable quote. Not only was he polite and helpful via email which lead me to choose him, but he is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and such fast turn around! I would 100% recommend Sam to any of my friends and family.

Sam provides exceptional customer service. His communication throughout the process was brilliant. He updated me with what the issue was and gave me options of how to fix it, along with costs so I could make an informed decision. He knows his stuff! I would absolutely recommend Not a Nerd to anyone. Sam is a genuinely nice guy too.

Sam is a great communicator, and provides a prompt, efficient and economical service. Same day turnaround to replace laptop screen, a job I had been putting off doing! I would use again without hesitation.
